Deliverables Tracker

The Deliverables Tracker allows you to list out required project documentation by phase and track the status of completion, review activities, and document location. The goal is to have all partners on the project be up-to-date with the status of project deliverables and be prepared for which deliverables require their edits or review. 

Prototype Tracker

The Prototype Tracker lists out the various activities throughout the product development process that require certain quantities of prototypes to be made. The goal is that all partners on the project understand, ahead of time, the count and nature (functional vs non-functional, sterile vs non-sterile, etc.) of prototypes that need to be fabricated in preparation for a certain activity.

Decision Log

The Decision Log lists the various requests that have been made by different partners on a project, documents the decision made by the project manager, and assess the impact of the decision on project partners. The goal is to maintain this document throughout the product development process to allow for cross-partner visibility on decision making and partner impacts.

Partner Map

The Partner Map  reveals overlapping capabilities of the partners involved in a development project. The goal is to use this document at the start of the project to compare in-house capabilities versus those of the partners to potentially streamline the number of partners involved in the project.
